Since this is a rental program and not a loan, no credit check required. We only need a copy of your drivers license or State issued ID. Terms are 3 yrs. and when completed, you own the building. The rental contract may be cancelled by you at any time with no obligation. You'll need to call us and request that the building be picked up from your property.
If you wish to purchase the building at any time during the rental period, you may do so. There is no penalty for paying it off early, in fact, the sooner you pay it off, the more you save off the entire cost.
